Can I buy new screens from you?

That would make us very happy. We provide the latest LED digital signage technology from all the leading brands like Samsung, LG and NEC. Our cost effective screen bundles come in various sizes and are complete with brackets, media players, all the required software and three years on site support to give you full peace of mind.

Can you manage our whole digital signage network for us?

Yes, because we are superhuman and we do this stuff all day, every day. If you don’t have the resource or capacity to manage the content management system and screen network internally, use Digital Messaging Company’s team of dedicated experts who will ensure your content is deployed to your screens in minutes. We will also proactively contact you to refresh content and monitor your network for any outages.

Can you just set us up so that we can do our own content management?

Yes. If you have the resources internally, we can provide remote or on-site training so you can quickly become familiar with Signagelive, our preferred partner for digital signage software. Once up and running, their dedicated support team can answer any questions you have via phone, email or live chat, and if all else fails, we are always here to help.

Can you help us with graphic design and creative services?

If you don’t have a creative resource, agency, or your team are at capacity, Digital Messaging Company will meet with you to discuss your digital signage strategy or menu display requirements, and create professional quality designs for your screens to maximize the impact of your screens.

Can we supply our own creative?

You can use your own design team or agency, we’ll provide you with all the specification details you need to know. Whether we are managing your screen network or not, we are there to assist and ensure your digital signage network looks professional, dynamic and impactful.

What are the basic site requirements? What do we need to supply?

Each screen requires a standard power socket and data connection, either via Wi-Fi or cat5/6 network cable. We can provide power and network from an existing supply within the premises following a site survey, or alternatively you can use your own facilities/building management company to provide the services.

What happens if our screens break? Go off? Stop working?

All hell breaks loose! And then calms down when you call us. We can become your one stop shop for any issues – whether it is a faulty screen, a network issue or software, we triage the problem over the phone and provide the solution there and then, or liaise with the relevant party so your screen is back up and running in no time. If, in the unlikely event that an engineer is required on-site, we can arrange that too.

Can we lease screens from you?

No, however we work with a small number of reliable leasing companies who we can introduce you to.

Do you offer 24 hour support?

No. We offer support Mon-Fri from 9am to 6pm, and via Signagelive online chat until midnight.

Do you work with international sites?

Only if there is a tropical beach near by. We wish! Yes, we currently manage sites in Europe either directly or through partners. Please call us with details and we’ll let you know right away if we can support your project.

Is there a discount for bulk orders?

Yes. Planning ahead and ordering in bulk is a brilliant way to save money.

Can we install screens outside?

We can and we’ve even considered the drizzle factor. We can provide and install screens and enclosures for all weather and mounting requirements.
